The slides are fed in via the input chute at the top, recorded and then stored in the archive box at the bottom. Using the hand-held scanner supplied, the removal of archived slides can be documented and transmitted to the LABFIX ARCHIVING archiving software included.

LABFIX ARCHIVING*

The LABFIX ARCHIVING software (translatable into all languages) can be used to manage the data in ARCHIVIST SL and to assign archive boxes and individual slides to specific locations, even if these are spread across different properties. To do this, the archive rooms can be replicated within the software.

ARGOS ARCHIVE SYNCHRONISATION

As an extension, ARCHIVIST SL can be connected to the ARGOS 6X slide scanner and used with a shared database for archive space management. This allows manual findings to be indexed separately and synchronised with the ARGOS 6X storage management system as part of a comprehensive solution.
